Lucille Lortel, Outer Critics Circle, and Drama Desk Award Nominee 2023 for Outstanding Choreography for The Harder They Come at The Public Theater. Jeff Award Nominee 2023 for Choreography for Personality: The Lloyd Price Musical in Chicago. Barrymore Award for Outstanding Choreography/Movement for Lights Out: Nat “King” Cole at Geffen Playhouse. NAACP nomination for Best Director/Choreography for Larger Theatre in Los Angeles for Memphis, the Musical.

Associate Choreographer for the Broadway musical Ain't Too Proud - The Life and Times of the Temptations, (Tony Award for Best Choreography), Memphis, the Musical (Tony Award for Best Musical and Olivier Award for Best Choreography), Leap of Faith, and Flashdance, the Musical.

As a dance performer, Edgar has enjoyed the opportunity to travel all over the world touring with artists such as Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Karyn White, and Diana Ross. He has performed on Dancing With The Stars (Michael Jackson Tribute featuring Omarion), Sunday Night at the Palladium (U.K.), The Oscars, American Music Awards with En Vogue, Grammy Awards, MTV Awards, Emmy Awards, and Motown 30th Anniversary (Associate Choreographer to Debbie Allen). Selected Broadway performance credits include: Aida, Swing!, The Pajama Game, Dance of the Vampires, and Merrily We Roll Along (The Kennedy Center Honors).

Select TV and Film Credits: Law & Order (CI and SVU), Glee, How I Met Your Mother, Chicago, SYTYCD Canada (Choreographer), Jersey Boys (Associate Choreographer), Awkwafina is Nora From Queens (Pilot Choreographer), and The Five Heartbeats (Associate Choreographer to the Legendary Michael Peters). He was also the Associate Choreographer to Hinton Battle for Idlewild (featuring Outkast), Boldin, and The Great Observer.
